At Found Sound, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most electronics. If your equipment doesn't meet your sonic expectations, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
